Database Administrator for Biometric Passport System in Khanpur


We are in search of a skilled Database Administrator to join our team and manage the database for our biometric passport system in Khanpur. As the Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the database, ensuring data security and integrity, and providing support for any database related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems for biometric passport system
- Troubleshoot and resolve any database related issues
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures
- Collaborate with software developers to design efficient database structures
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patches
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the database system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with data backup, recovery, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Familiarity with database design principles and optimization techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues independently

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (Preference will be given to local candidates)
