Online Consultant for E-commerce Business in Khanpur


We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our growing e-commerce business in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide product recommendations, answer questions about products, and assist with order processing
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online ordering process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using various computer programs and platforms
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus
