As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality and integrity of our community forums, ensuring that all members adhere to our community guidelines and policies. You will work closely with other moderators and community managers to address any issues or concerns raised by members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on the community forums
- Enforce community guidelines and policies through timely and appropriate actions
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a professional and timely manner
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for members through proactive interactions
- Collaborate with other moderators and community managers to identify areas for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments related to the online community space

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in moderating online communities or forums
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and their respective communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive or controversial situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivities in Khanpur preferred
