Facade Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing, drafting, and detailing facade systems for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design facade systems that meet project requirements and specifications
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Research new materials and techniques to improve facade design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in facade design or related field preferred
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur, Pakistan (candidates of all nationalities are welcome)
