Facade Specialist

A reputable construction company in Khanpur is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades. Your expertise in facade materials and techniques will be crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design facade systems that meet structural and architectural requirements
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful implementation of facade designs
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on functionality, durability, and budget
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades to identify any issues or needed repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with facades in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, such as glass, metal panels, stone, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with other professionals on project designs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the job may involve working at heights or in challenging environments

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Khanpur. Relocation assistance is not provided so candidates must already reside in or be willing to relocate to Khanpur.
