Plasterer Supervisor


We are looking for a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team in Khanpur. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all plastering activities on our construction sites. This includes managing a team of plasterers, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a plasterer
- Proven experience in supervising a team of plasterers
- Proficient in various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work with accommodation provided on site

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all plastering activities on construction sites
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they meet deadlines
- Ensure quality workmanship by conducting regular inspections and providing feedback to the team
- Train new plasterers on techniques and safety procedures
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other tradespeople involved in the project
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Khanpur, Pakistan (accommodation provided on site)
