Job Title: Formworker



Formworkers are skilled construction workers who specialize in creating the forms, molds, and frameworks used in concrete construction projects. They work closely with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that the structures they build are strong and stable.

As a Formworker in Khanpur, you will be responsible for constructing formwork and reinforcing structures for various construction projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and physical strength, as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork from wood, metal, or plastic materials according to construction plans
- Set up scaffolding and ladders to access work areas
- Measure and cut materials to specific sizes using hand or power tools
- Install rebar and other reinforcement materials inside forms
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using various tools
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Repair and maintain existing formwork as needed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
