We are looking for a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team in Khanpur. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand tools
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds, or power tools
- Create concrete joints by using saws or other equipment
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Repair cracks or damaged sections of concrete structures
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers or backhoes when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions
- Familiarity with tools such as trowels, screeds, saws, etc.
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
