Our solar energy company in Khanpur is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

As a Solar Installer, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the technical skills necessary to succeed in this growing industry. You do not need previous experience in solar installation, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing solar installations
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- Must be willing to work full-time in Khanpur
- No previous experience required, but some knowledge of electrical or construction work is preferred
- Must have or be eligible for visa sponsorship if not a citizen or permanent resident of Khanpur
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
