Part-Time Architectural Designer

As a part-time Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. Your duties will include creating 2D and 3D models, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other design professionals to ensure project success. This position is based in Khanpur and offers a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Develop 2D and 3D models for various projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Khanpur or similar region
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
