Commercial Architect - Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly.
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur, Pakistan. Applicants must already be located or willing to relocate at their own expense.
