Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and other business establishments. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed design plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion within budget
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and equipment selections in accordance with project specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials, technology, and sustainable design practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur. However, remote work options may be available.
