We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. This is a contract position, making it a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the architectural team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against milestones
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
