Senior Architect - Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all industry standards and regulations. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided, and is suitable for men.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring they meet all client requirements and budget limitations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create detailed plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Review project proposals from junior architects and provide feedback
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
