Junior Florist


As a Junior Florist, you will work under the guidance of our experienced team to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the preparation, arrangement, and delivery of flowers while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in floral design
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- No prior experience required but basic knowledge of flower types and arrangement techniques is preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of flowers by trimming, cutting, and conditioning them
- Create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
