Khanpur's prestigious restaurant is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the head of the culinary department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence. You will work closely with our management team to develop menus, manage inventory, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes while maintaining cost control
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute menus that meet customer demands while maintaining cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, presentation, portion control, and sanitation procedures
- Create new dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients while considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Oversee inventory management to ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain consistency
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menus or make changes to existing ones
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations by conducting regular inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
