Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Khanpur. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure high quality of food and beverage service by training and developing team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make necessary changes to existing menu

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and general restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
