Head Chef



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Khanpur. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and managing kitchen staff. Your creativity and passion for cooking will be key in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative, seasonal, and aligned with the restaurant's concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor food costs and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur. While local candidates are preferred, we are open to considering qualified candidates from other parts of Pakistan.
