Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. Your main duty will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be in charge of coordinating with various teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of project management principles. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and address any issues that may arise during the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are followed by all teams involved
- Oversee the budget and monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within financial limits
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
- Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure projects meet required standards
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficient in using project management software/tools
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1100$. However, final salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
