Job Title: Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability
- Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee the selection and management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns or changes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed accurately
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with safety standards
- Manage all necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
