Part-Time Construction Manager
As a part-time construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Khanpur. Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate project updates with stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting construction work
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Oversee material selection and procurement process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a construction manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar programs
- Valid driver's license
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The salary for this role is $1600 per month without accommodation. As this is a part-time position, there is no company-provided accommodation.
