Office Assistant - Khanpur, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Update and maintain company databases and filing systems
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as requested by management
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
