Sales Manager



We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals and targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
