We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences and make recommendations for product improvements
- Train and mentor sales team members on effective selling techniques and product knowledge
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to travel locally as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commissions on sales. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket.
