We are looking for a professional and courteous Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Khanpur. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
