We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Khanpur. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and ensuring all guest needs are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to their tables
- Provide menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and overall dining area before, during, and after service hours
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist with setting up tables, folding napkins, and preparing cutlery for service
