Carpenter


We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in carpentry and must be able to work with minimal supervision. The duties of the Carpenter include:

- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Studying blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required and the dimensions of the structure or fixture
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
- Cutting materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, and drills
- Assembling and fastening materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Checking completed work for accuracy and quality control
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requests
- Providing estimates for projects based on materials needed and time required
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry
- Must have a biometric passport for employment in Khanpur (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and their uses
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials if needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Salary:
Starting salary will be 1100$ per month with the potential for increase based on performance.
