Land Surveyor - Khanpur, Pakistan



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, preparing reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Collect data on land features and boundaries using surveying techniques
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports for construction projects
- Identify potential obstacles or hazards on the site that may affect construction plans
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, practices, and technology advancements in land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations and GPS equipment
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and create accurate reports
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are able to provide their own accommodation in Khanpur or nearby areas
OR
- Hold a valid visa that allows them to work in Pakistan
OR
- Are women who meet all other requirements.
