Land Surveyor


We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Khanpur. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting measurements and mapping of land areas to determine boundaries and locations for construction projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating reports, as well as ensuring that all work is done accurately and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys to determine accurate boundaries and locations using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and surveying software
- Analyze collected data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects
- Keep accurate records of all survey data and ensure that it is properly maintained
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and surveying software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Valid driver's license is required
