Part-Time Office Manager
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and vendors
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
