Hotel Sales Manager in Khanpur
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel sales and revenue. Your main goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones through excellent customer service and effective marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed the hotel's revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional packages and special offers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Train and motivate the hotel's sales team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market research techniques and database management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience working in Khanpur or the surrounding area
- Experience working with students or student groups
- Ability to work without accommodation
