Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on board a cruise ship. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience on their cruise. This position is based in Doha, Qatar and is open to individuals of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival on the cruise ship
- Provide information about onboard amenities, activities, and shore excursions
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions
- Promote sales of onboard services and activities
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult guest situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
