Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests on our cruise ships. You will assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they embark on the cruise ship and assist with check-in process
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone or in-person
- Provide information about onboard activities, dining options, and other relevant services
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all services onboard
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and report any significant feedback or incidents to management
- Handle cash transactions for onboard purchases such as souvenirs or excursions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Salary: $1500/month (plus gratuities)
City: Doha, Qatar (Filipino nationality preferred)
