Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to passengers on board our luxury cruise ships. Your main duties will include handling inquiries and complaints, making reservations, and assisting with onboard activities and events. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure all passenger needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the cruise industry is an asset
