Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our cruise line based in Ar-Ruwais. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their journey. Your duties will include answering inquiries, assisting with reservations and bookings, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian or Canadian nationality, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
