Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests on board our cruise ships. You will assist with all aspects of their journey, from booking to disembarkation, and ensure that their experience is smooth and enjoyable. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests from various backgrounds and nationalities. Your duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. You must be able to handle high-stress situations and work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred. This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, but applicants from Canada are preferred.
