Cruise Line Customer Service Representative



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Ar-Ruwais. As the main point of contact for our cruise line customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing information about cruise line services, itineraries, and policies
- Handle booking requests and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with pre-cruise preparations such as visa applications, travel insurance, and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues or complaints from customers
- Maintain customer records and provide timely updates on any changes or updates to their bookings
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed on best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
