Computer Research Scientist



We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Computer Research Scientist to join our research team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on computer systems and developing new technologies and solutions to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking components
- Analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and develop hypotheses for further investigation
- Design experiments and conduct tests to validate research findings
- Develop new technologies and solutions to enhance the performance of computer systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into existing products or develop new products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in computer science to drive innovation within the company
- Publish research findings in academic journals or present at conferences as needed

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting computer systems research
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, algorithms, and programming languages
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Lisbon. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
