Your main duties will include installing and configuring network equipment, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity or hardware/software malfunctions
- Implement security measures to protect data from potential threats
- Maintain system backups and regularly test disaster recovery plan
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects or issues that require cross-functional expertise
