Junior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that will drive our business forward. You will work closely with our senior engineers to design, test, and deploy machine learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in the exciting field of machine learning.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Explore and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights
- Design experiments to test the performance of different algorithms
- Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Experience working with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development
- Knowledge of popular libraries and frameworks for building machine learning models (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras)
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g. SQL) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1600$ per month
