Merchandiser - Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates


Our company is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing product displays and inventory levels to increase sales and meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage
- Plan and execute product displays in-store to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Train store employees on new products and merchandising techniques
- Attend trade shows and conferences to source new products and suppliers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage budgets effectively
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work visa for UAE (visa sponsorship available)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Contract:
This is a contract position.

English language proficiency is required for this position. Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not required.
