As a Part-Time Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring the successful execution of projects and achieving set goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Create and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve set goals
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1500$

Location: Lisbon (No accommodation provided)
