Job Title: Teamlead in Lisbon, Portugal


We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our expanding team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing their daily tasks and projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and support team members to achieve their goals and targets
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Plan and organize work schedules for the team
- Conduct training sessions for new team members
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
