Barista - English Speaking (Filipino Preferred) in Nizwa, Oman

Are you a skilled and experienced Barista looking for an exciting opportunity in a beautiful city? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent coffee and beverage service to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is open to Filipinos with at least 12 years of education and fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, so local applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure all hot and cold drinks are made to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic would be an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including latte art is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month based on qualifications and experience.
