As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. You will also be involved in planning and development of new databases to meet business needs. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data availability. You must have a strong knowledge of database management systems and be able to work with various programming languages. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
