Entry-Level Web Designer

We are hiring an entry-level web designer to join our growing team in Lisbon. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and goals
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website designs
- Develop website layouts and designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize website performance for both desktop and mobile devices
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive design techniques
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Joomla)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
