Job Title: Software Tester

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Tester to join our team in Utena. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing and identifying any issues or bugs in our software products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards and performs efficiently for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify any issues or bugs
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and create testing strategies
- Identify and report defects in a clear and organized manner
- Track defects through the entire testing process until they are resolved
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes have been implemented correctly
- Provide feedback on usability, performance, and functionality of software products
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manual testing techniques and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
