Online Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through live chat, email, and social media channels
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Assist clients with any technical issues they may encounter while using our online platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and company updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online environment
- Strong proficiency in written communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lisbon (accommodation provided)
