IT Manager

As an experienced IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology needs of our company in Las Vegas. Your main duties will include managing our IT team, implementing and maintaining technological systems, and ensuring the security and functionality of our company's network. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and making strategic decisions to optimize our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing IT projects. This position is open to all nationalities, and we particularly welcome applications from Indian candidates with English fluency. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within an IT department
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
- Preference for candidates with their own visa or currently residing in Las Vegas
