IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of our company's information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operation of all systems
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing training, guidance, and support
- Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Oversee the development and implementation of new IT projects
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failure or data loss
- Manage budgets for IT expenses, including hardware purchases, software licenses, and maintenance contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech employees

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract job suitable for men with biometric passport.
